Meet the founder
Mahiyar Dastur
He designed his first automated doorbell circuit in the early 80s. Engineering was never a career path. It was a way of seeing the world.
From that first circuit to leading IoT and software builds, Mahiyar’s heart has always been in quality. He started Avesta to empower people, embrace principled engineering, and build with clarity. He believes in transforming ideas, no matter how small, to transform lives.
The core team he built are hardcore engineers, rooted in product sense, driven by continuous improvement. Not just leads: co owners of outcomes, culture and craft.
